Not exactly sheer drops though, I reckon you could slide down those and make out ok. ____________________ "There's the horizon! Ride hard, ride fast and cut down all who stand in your way!" |

You would catch me up there once and once only. It would be the shortest trial ride of my life but the fastest bikeless decent in the world. ____________________ illuminateTHEmind wrote: I am just more evolved than most of you guys... this allows me to pick of things quickly which would have normally taken the common man years to master

Death maybe not - but unless you got seriously lucky and landed on some form of ledge i expect anyone would struggle to come away with anything less that broken arms / legs / back / head etc ! ____________________ Previous: Cub50, NRG50, TS50, YB100, CB125, NSR125, ZZR600, CBF1000, SV650s, ZX6R B1H, XT250, Mito Powered Crosser, WRF450, , FZ600, VN800, GSXR600 - Currently CB1000R |

To fall safely down that slope probably wouldn't happen.
You'd have to land flat on your back and ride the slope like on a luge.
Attempts to use hands and feet as brakes would result in somersaults and broken bones. Any small ripples in the slope and it's definitely somersault time.
The skill in that video is quite low level for off-road, however his ability to zone into the route and not get flustered is brilliant. ____________________ Diabolical homemade music Bandcamp and Soundcloud

I think the fact they look steep in the video really shows how steep they must have been! Usually quite hard to tell.
Definately not the best of times for a 2 stroke to cut out, that bloke is beast!

He got in the way. ____________________ The mistresses: 2000 Honda CBR600f, 2000 Honda VTR1000 |

How does he not knacker his knackers with those drops? I mean theres no suspension in that rig and one of those jumps he does would have sent my testimolails into my throat only to ever be seen again by my dentist! ____________________ illuminateTHEmind wrote: I am just more evolved than most of you guys... this allows me to pick of things quickly which would have normally taken the common man years to master

I'd probably get in the way of you on a trail ride too, but on my bouncy mountain bike . And sure you'd be in my way when I'm on powered bike in most cases .
Pinky; you use your legs for suspension - though of course that doesn't help if it all goes wrong.
Next step up is doing it without seat at all:
