Probably because it went viral so quickly Sainsburys' decided to do a bit of PR work.

Definitely cool though.

Don't think there's enough guys like him that work in customer service.

He knew who he was writing to and communicated with them on a level. Without being patronising, condescending or too straight for her to understand.

Top marks for him, and think he'd make a great primary school teacher.

Can you really beat tiger bread though?


(And does Charlie Sheen now got giraffe blood?)
