Oh dear.....

I have to agree with the car driver.

2 lane off, biker, can see lines on road ? starts on left and then moved to the right, just as car comes passed..... @ 32 secs.
Road then goes to single lane.

Then you must be bonkers.

That is clearly a single lane exit from the roundabout.

Look at the road when he turns off, to where he gets hit. You can clearly see broken lines in the middle of the road.

Yep...

lets put it this way then...

You pull out to pass a car in that situation and they pull to the right, because clearly the rider did....

How many riders would be screaming he was trying to knock me off...

He had no lane discipline on the entry to the roundabout, you can see the cars headlights in his right mirror. Exit does look like 2 lanes but looked like the car driver was trying to knock the guy off his bike. He was still in the right lane if you look at the lines at the time the car tried to force his way past.

Who would seriously pass a car with that little space at speed?!

This has to be the third thread about this. The car driver is aggressive, arrogant, condescending and generally an idiot. He is also completely in the wrong for a number of reasons, and should have the book thrown at him for slamming on his brakes in front of the poor scooter.

I personally think the rider acted very well to avoid the jag when they were coming to a stop.

Anyway, shall we get this all down to on thread people?

And the camera did what, exactly, to resolve this?

If you think the State is going to step in and help you out after little spats like that, think again. No harm, Jaaaag driver can afford a decent brief - the CPS wouldn't touch it with Warped's 10 foot pole.

That image looks familiar. I should charge for usage fee's, you know, cover costs or something like that.

So let me see.

10% seems fair to me.

You owe me.... hang on while I work this out.

10% of £0.00 =

Right, you owe me a grand total of nothing. I expect payment of nothing within the next 7 days.
