I use a gas soldering iron with a knife tip, i make perpendicular cuts along the length of the crack/join to tack it. Then i make a cut down the length of the crack/join and then fill this by melting a bit of plastic over it filling the cut, this has worked pretty well for me and i haven't had a repair break yet.
On the outside i use the same technique and just sand it down and paint if afterwards. ____________________ Current Bikes:Honda 929RR Fireblade, Honda CD200 Benly (Project), Stomp Z2 140
