Launch was tonight. I've not seen any specs yet but seems they have given it a bigger screen and updated the voice control, probably to make it more like siri.not looking as impressive as I was hoping, I do like how it won't dim the screen when you're looking at it

Slightly bigger screen, slightly faster processor (though nothing at the moment utilises that extra power), some Siri spoof..... that's about it I think, aside from some general tweaks and some bullshit that no one will ever use.

I think smartphones are at their apex, I don't see what else can be done to really make one stand out above the rest these days.

I like the idea of wireless charging and NFC.

Only worry with NFC is it's all eggs in one basket, oyster, bank card, ID? on a device that isn't attached to the user.
How many phones are reported lost/stolen daily?

Can't see a major use for quad just yet, got a laptop if I want to do video editing or anything that taxes CPUs.

Perfectly happy with the S2.

You say that but they'll think of many more features that will be cleverly marketed in order to create the desire for them. Apple are genius at coming up with shit people don't need but convincing them they really do.

As they say....A fool and his money are soon parted. And this applies to most new phone buyers Karma

I've had a HTC Desire HD for a bit over a year now. I've tried iPhones and I don't like them. Android FTW.

Considering this S3 and an upgrade as it looks the tits.
