ninja 250 dilemma

ive just be asked if i want to buy a 2008 ninja 250 ( 528 miles ) possibly a cat c
needs full front fairing and mudguard and a bit of work to tidy it up due to being stood
hes asked me to make an offer as he wants rid asap
any ideas what to offer him

I'd start at £250, it he scoffs, I'd go up to 700, maybe, dependent on condition. New chinky fairing for it £300, then maybe another £200 on misc bits, then sell for £2k+

Make sure the forks/wheel run true. If then don't stick to low amounts of money.

Unless the insurance have paid out on it, it won't have a category listed, but obviously a Cat C would effect the amount of money you will get for it.
