In case no-one's checked the other thread, gsxrboy's kindly offered us camping space in his field...

Quote:
I need to know if any of you want to camp in my field, it is 5 mins from the track and I'll put a BBQ on if there is a few of you. I have a secure lock up for about 10 bikes and a shot gun

Sounds good to me, can we give the man some numbers?

Canned G. Hmm.

I'm not sure if I'm up the night before or not, but if I am then a field is good. Thumbs Up If the weather's balls I could be very tempted to ride up in the morning, but we shall see.

I do have a couple of bedrooms complete with beds!! for any of you more 'fragile, I cant camp cos the spiders might bite my bum' kind of people, also a sofa and a floor if the weather is offputting.
If any of you happen to be leggy blond birds with big knockers then i'll boot the missus out and there will be plenty of room in my bed..... Very Happy

Looks like I'll be camping etc; sleeping area not sorted in van yet. If there aren't many abusing your house, any chance of blagging some floor space or something? No bother if not, do have a tent, but the whole idea was to minimise hassle in the morning Smile.

G, no problem mate as long as you dont forget the rs250 bits or you'll be sleeping in the dog house and my dogs poo smells real bad.....

J, if you'd rather sleep indoors to save any tent issues you are more than welcome.

What sort of time is anyone getting here? I am in all day and have tools if you want to do any last fixes. I could do with knowing if anyone is interested in the BBQ as I have to start thawing the meat out as soon as possible.

Inside sounds good. Ill bring my sleeping bag and mat so i can land anywhere there is a jay sized space.
As for time i finish work at 5 so should be on the road by 6, i should get there between 7:30 and 8. BBQ would be good if people get there early enough, if not is there a local takeaway?
Thanks
J

There is a take away but I have quite a lot of frozen food from the last BBQ I had a few weeks back and I'm quite keen to use some up as it is now getting to cold for this kind of malarky. It is also my 30th birthday tomorrow and I have a few people coming over, I think a BBQ is a bit more sociable, you unsociable gits Wink
If you really want a takeout the local chinky is pretty good, the indian is a bit naf and the local chippy is quite good also. There is also a Mcdirtydonaldstinkyguffburger with a side portion of deep fried rancid donkey toenails and a coke close at hand.

After reevaluating the space available in the house it now looks like only one bedroom, a sofa and a floor is doable, maybe another bedroom at a very big push.

Korn, I have a fantastic coal bunker with a view of the wheely bin to die for..... Mr. Green no probs mate we'll squeeze you in somewhere

Ah Thumbs Up for BBQ then, didn't want to be stealing all your food as well as imposing in your house Smile.

Probably a good idea for you not to get /too/ drunk though Smile.
I think there's only 3 BCF people, so it shouldn't be too bad; and floor is probably better than a tent Smile.

Actually I was thinking about camping temperatures etc last night. If there's some floor space inside (anywhere at all I'm not fussy) I'd be grateful.
