[url]I bought this little bike about 3 years ago and have spent some time doin her up. The LS is only a 125 2 stroke but believe me it holds it's own up against any new ninja or CBR 250. I have put about 20k on it since I have had it and I take great care of it. My son owns a CB400 Super 4 which clearly out-powers this but I am constantly trying to keep up and beat him off the line. I have never had to replace the piston etc... since I have had it. Just an oil pump and the other maintenance things. I replaced the back tyre with the same size as a CBR 150 uses. I also have a smaller back sprocket which gives me a bit more on the highway. I custom fitted the rear indicators as I took off the number plate holder to make it a tidy tail. I have added a few more Racing stickers since these photos and a new muffler. I will post pictures of these soon. I have done all the work myself and even though it's not up there with the big fellas it still attracts a fair bit of attention by the way it presents and sounds. https://youtu.be/k5z_4RSAGVY

never knew the nsr had an anorexic sister Laughing

looks pretty cool though, just not sure about the forks sticking out so much from the yokes. I've heard of people dropping the forks through by 5-10mm but surely dropping them as far as you have cant be good for the handling Laughing

nice bike though, looks fun Thumbs Up

I love your description... 'anorexic sister' .....nice one! It's predominantly a Thai bike. I am living here in Chiang Mai and as far as I know only a few were exported to a few countries. It makes it good owning one here though as parts are easy to buy and labour is cheap, though I like to do most stuff myself.
Hey thanks for the tip re the forks. I bought it this way and being only relatively new to biking am still learning stuff like this. I have ridden a few big bikes and regularly get to ride my son's Super 4 but to be honest always thought mine handled really well. How would it improve if I raised them? I just like the look with the front a bit lower.
I am saving madly for a bigger bike soon.
Cheers

For anyone who can't be bothered to copy and past the url.

As for the bike it's not bad a lot better from the original however don't like the forks sticking so far out at the top, just doesn't look right in my opinion. Maybe a bigger fairing would of sorted it or a screen that covered it.

Thanks heaps, I think I will raise them. I seem to fit in here with how the Thais like their bikes, though. Some of them have a good 4 inches showing. Not sure how they get away with that.
Thanks for posting the link. I tried to do that but obviously didn't succeed. Can someone let me know how to post an active link.

Like I said it would look better in my opinion you could always do it and take a picture then see which you prefer, it's your bike at the end of the day and you will be the one riding it. If you like them sticking out then go with it.

No problems to post the link correctly all you have to do is insert the link then whilst the link is highlighted in your post click on the URL button or Image button depending on which it is that you are inserting (in this case url).

IF you want you could edit your post by going on the edit button and removing the two IMG tags + URL tag and doing the procedure above or adding the link between these [url][/url].

You seem to have linked a Kings of Leon video.

I hate the Kings of Leon.
