I've recently brought a Peugoet Speedfight 2 ped and the MOT/Tax has just expired.
I've just done my CBT, Now I'm about to book it into have the MOT; Once I've done the MOT can I buy the tax disc straight off? I haven't recived the new log book yet from the DVLA but I have the new owners receipt is that ok?

Yes, they do accept the new keepers supplement. You'll also need to be able to show a valid insurance certifacte for the bike. You can see more about the details it road tax on the DVLA website.

Got my MOT on Friday, £15.50.
Is there anything little that it could fail on that I should check over first before taking it there?
