Hello again,
I have so many questions its unbelievable, any ways.
I have cut down my front l plate so it will stick onto my front mudguard, it is visible and there is a white background to it still. will it fail m.o.t like this and cbt because its unsafe. or will it effect me in any way?

MOT cannot fail you for that, not sure if the CBT training school would allow it erm they would probably turn a blind eye or not notice it. However, if a copper who is a twat/having a bad day pulls you over and spots it, you could end up with points and a fine.

You could just carry a spare L plate around with you, to stick on incase you get any problems.

Depends on quite how much it is cut down as to if you will get any problems. it is meant to be a 7 inch square and if you've cut lots off then you're asking for trouble. You could mount it on other places, such as the fork leg.

It is not part of your MOT but the police could pull you over and give you 3 points and a fine for not correctly displaying your front L plate so either put a normal L plate on or just don't bother.
