dont you hate it when someone asks you, why you ride a bike

or tells you bikes are lame

you then turn around and run off the list of why cars are shite and why bikes are better

and it seems to be diverted away from their ears, cos they have been brainwashed by their parents or some other propaganda about bikes being death traps

its so hard to convince people that bikes are good, when they dont ride them, and this pisses me off

sorry, just my two cents

kind regards

...hmm...yeah, my mum has recently been "told off" for letting me buy a bike!...everyone in my family, except my uncle in Hong Kong, thinks that bikes are dangerous, when it's everyone else that's the real danger!

I don't think that bikes (or cars) can be branded "good" or "bad" generally...they both have their good and bad points...

Riding a sports bike looks cool, but driving a sports car looks posey...IMHO...but I wouldn't say no to a Boxster, Elise or SLK (I like realistic sports cars) Razz
...But personally have a preference to performance cars, especially the Evo 7, of the '99 Scooby...

The main thing that I don't like about bikes (well, my NSR at least) is that I have to warm it up before I should ride it...

do you have to do that with all bikes, all NSR's or is it just yours

and also why?

and how do you do that, just leave it there, and rev it for a bit before you go out?

Hi

Normal question I get is why I have more than one bike, as I can only ride one at a time. My normal reply is to ask how many CDs they have, as they can only listen to one at a time.

All the best
