well .... i never use the bluetooth !
i only bought it as i'm set in my ways & i liked the last helmet Very Happy
i used the bluetooth on my 1st helmet a few time's , you don't really need to press any buttons as it answers automatically after a few rings .
if you press 1 of the buttons you get last number redial .
or you can listen to music on your phone .
but for me using it is a waste of time as my busa has gp pipes & my hammer has stage 1 pipes so its a struggle to hear what people are saying + you don't know who's phoning you till they start talking ..

You can nearly always score HJC lids for less than a ton, I swear by them, saved my napper in a head on with a furniture van last year.

Mate of mine headbutted the M8 with his the year before...

Farkin' good lids!

The misses one is dire, falling apart, unbelievably noisy, vents are all broken and stay open, inner visor sometimes jams, they get a thumbs down from me
