Reasons why this would be a good location.

1. It is not far from London but northerer so north people can come.
2. It is an all you can eat buffet.
3. I live 2 miles away
4. There are various places to drink around that area I think.
5. Did I mention it is an all you can eat buffet.
6. Holiday Inn is less than a mile away

Dude, it's an oversize car park that's had a housing estate dropped on it. If I wanted to visit one of those, I could just go to Harlow; it's closer, the locals are slightly less prone to webbed fingers, and it's got the added bonus of not being Milton bloody Keynes.

I like the idea of MK too. Red hot is ok and caters to most tastes, there are plenty of bars in MK and some decent hotels.
