Even a 90's 600 will be an extra 25-30bhp on top of your er6, or 40%, which is hardly a small amount extra.
If you like the way your bike produces its power though maybe another twin wouldn't be a bad idea, something like a Ducati 900SS is pretty cheap to buy and insure.

Or if you want to stick Japanese maybe a TRX850.

Daytona 675? Plenty of torque throughout the rev range, still mad fast if you want it to be. Sounds brilliant (and different). Ideal step up from an ER6... if the riding position suits you. ____________________ Triumph Daytona 675 track bike + girlfriend's Honda Hornet 600
