I went over to Honda today to collect my side panel(they didnt have it, they sent the wrong colour), and i spoke to the honda mechanic. He said "there is a restrictor in place on the cdi unit on all imports except spanish and italian(he thinks) but if you remove the exaust, intake restrictors (if they have them) you should then be-able to remove some loop wire which will then let the bike go to 145kph." Then he added "i'll be happy to order a cdi unit and the other necessary parts for you, ill just check the total" - new cdi unit, rc serva (and he suggested that i should update some other things) and it came to £285.
