soooooo........
my bottom bracket decided to go bang in quite unspectacular fashion today Evil or Very Mad

Had a bit of a mission trying to get the BB out too. Had to quickly check which one was reverse threaded twice. Once before to refresh my memory and once again after having good old go at the RH cup after it wouldn't budge even with all my weight down to make sure I read it right. Got it out eventually after using a 5 a-side goalpost on the end of the wrench and my brother standing on the bars.
Now I got to walk everywhere for the next few days until I order a BB Crying or Very sad

ordered from chain reactions cycles. Was tired of blowing up euro BB's. So ordered some external cups with a Spanish BB. Hopefully it won't blow up so often.
