I can get the pegs down, easy !!(super stable zx7) but knee ???nooo way, you see, I have short legs, sexy tight fitting leathers, oh yes, and a fat gut, this stops me from hanging off too far !!(my excuse) anyway, I am as quick round bends as anyone I know without my knee down, I trust my tyres and frame to stay planted. No help needed from knee !!
But then again I am just bitter and twisted about not being able to do it !!!!

Knee down=friction=slowing down ???

The first person who refers to WSB, Moto Gp, BSB, ..............I know...
(thinks he's covered all slagging offs !!)

In Moto GP and WSB I thought that the knee very rarely actually touches down... they are very close to the deck most of the time though... I thought they are so close to the floor with their knee's so that they 'hug' the racing line...Confused

The pro's only use their knee's as a guage for the max lean of the bike. Any more and skideeeee.
I bought ride to read on the train and that explains it all. K'down isn't really any faster as it generally spoils a good line.

ZX7, it also says it's bollocks about short legs;)

My alarm *is* supposed to be good Confused Confused

TBF I think most of the probs were actually with the bike fuses not the alarm.

I have discovered the secret!!!!!! I managed it this morning without trying.
Just take a small roundie in too-high a gear, then *drop* the bike sideways Very Happy
Works a treat and really woke me up 4 work. Shame I actually bounced off my knee, nice sparks though Wink
Bollocks, one day it'll be intentional, and less dangerous
