To me, that sounds pretty good, Dru...but I think that Robby will be the resident CB250 expert here...have a look at it, and if it looks ok, then offer him £250 Wink

I won't knock a classic, bikes can stay mint if they are well looked after, or if they are badly neglected then you end up with a "shed" on two wheels.

Came round a corner, saw sheep and thought "He looks nervous" so slowed down to about 25 and moved over to the middle of the road. Just as I got to the point of thinking that there is no way the sheep could turn round and manage to run in front of me, when the bugger managed it. I ran straight over its shoulder blades and killed it outright Sad

All the best

Hi

Rear wheel threw it to the side of the road. No reason to leg it as on that section of road there shouldnt have been sheep wandering round. Farmer would have been liable

All the best

Don't let their stupid demeanour fool your - sheep are smart! Not only can they judge braking distance to perfection (they step out the second you go from 'can stop in time' to 'can't stop in time') I believe they can also read numberplates.
When I lived up north, they'd see me (local) heading towards them and know I had no intention of stopping (if you slowed down everytime you saw a sheep in the road, you'd never get anywhere!). A tourist with a plate the sheep didn't recognise... they'd be out in the middle of the road like a shot. And if they didn't get hit, they'd just call their sheepy mates and all stand about for 10 mins blocking the way for our tourist chum.

I did get hit by a sheep once... entirely its fault Smile

Hi

Worst one was following my father once, me on a 125 2 stroke and him in a car (Alfa GTV6, so not that quiet a car). The sheep would totally ignore him, but fly all over the place as they heard a 2 stroke

What is it, are they as biased against 2 strokes and motorbikes as the Green party?

All the best

Keith

Like I said, they're smart!

Sheep vs. car - sheep pretty much loses.

Sheep vs. 125 - plenty of potential for a flying rider, much to the amusement of the other sheep who are hiding in the bushes, drinking beer and watching their mate act like a loon in front of the now terrified biker.

Sheep. Don't let them get away with it.
