After the trial period, your VIP membership will be automatically renewed, unless you have cancelled it during the trial period. PointDeal will then withdraw £45 every 30 days (equivalent to £1.50 per day) until you actively unsubscribe your subscription.
Be aware that it is only allowed to have one VIP membership per person and you must not become a VIP member again if you have terminated your VIP subscription within the past 6 months. Any breach of this condition, we reserve the right to close the account/accounts which may be active, remove all of the points and cancel any orders that may be made in PointShop’s shop. If you terminate your VIP membership, it is not the same as deleting your user account on PointShop.co.uk . That should be done afterwards if you no longer wish to continue as a PointShop user.
The right to withdraw
By purchasing your VIP membership it is associated with a statutory 14 day right of withdrawal. You can only cancel your purchase if you DO NOT take your VIP membership in to use within the 14 days. You do however, take your VIP membership in to use, the moment you get free delivery on pointdeal.com or log in to one of our sites and make use of the benefits.
When you have made an agreement on a subscription, it is only right to cancel the agreement, unrelated to the on-going payments.
Binding period
You can at any time stop your VIP membership. If you terminate the membership, there will be no more payments taken for the membership, unless you were to re-enable it or you if you were to actively make a new VIP agreement. Termination of the agreement shall not affect the VIP membership, which is already activated on your user account for the period already paid for.
Cancellation of the membership
If you do not wish to renew your membership you must remember to cancel it. This can only happen with you actively either contacting our phone support on 0203 588 0269 - weekdays (9am - 3pm), or via the self-service area. Please note that due to technical reasons, your subscription can not be canceled online in the first 24 hours after it has been created. However, you can always unsubscribe by calling our support during their opening hours |
