Looks cool. No front mud guard on the first shake downs.

Crossplane crank? Sounded like it at times.

Any word why they're delaying until 2015? 2 bikes and only 1 mudguard...Times must be tough. Smile

Budget cuts. Laughing

And V4 I reckon, IIRC their old machine was.

If rumours are to be believed, they're delaying until 2015 as they're way off the pace following a test at Motegi.

Whatever it takes to get rid of CRT bikes IMO.
Hope they dip their toe into the 2014 season.

Suzuki do V4s?

[edit] Read an interesting tweet from that BBC presenter Matt Roberts to Crutchlow.

'Look what I saw when I was leaving the track tonight ' [Picture of Team Suzuki Truck]

Cals reply.
'Or not'

Matt.
' shame, such a nice truck!'

I hope he doesn't get the Suzuki ride..It can take years to develop these machines.

SuperbikePlanet.com are reporting it will be a 1000cc inline 4.
BikeSportNews.com call it the GSV-R1000 or codenamed the XRH-1.

Times for the test were pretty good.
De Puniet's time would've put him on the 4th row at the last race.
Slower than Lorenzo by 0.750 a lap.

Yea you also have to remember that De Puniet jumped off a CRT just 24hrs earlier and had to setup the bike for the track and learn how to ride the thing. His test time was 8th fastest.
They are going to Aragon with Yamaha and Honda, hopefully we will get some test times to look over.

They're using their own electronics. They won't be in until '15 because they're going to use the Marelli stuff?

It's a crossplane IL4 IIRC.
