...does anyone else filter on their roadbike (or MTB if you ride it on the road) like they do on their engined version? When I hit traffic today on a dual carriageway, I just pedalled my ass off between the two lines of traffic, when it started moving, I just picked a spot and dropped back in. Fuck cars, fuck 'em all to hell...

Pretty much, or between the cars and the pavement if there's room.

Yep deffo! Being a current or ex motorcyclist makes you a million times better at filtering than usual cyclists. Luckily road bikes are a lot more nimble than motorbikes as well.

Most cyclists are a fucking danger when they try to filter.

Number of cyclists I see "filtering" at the front of a roundabout on the inside for example. Fucking deserve to get knocked off.

Personally don't bother as the traffic out of Sheffield at 7am is so light that its almost not worth it. Plus there are more than enough suicidal hipsters on steel fixies jumping up the inside of double deckers to keep the drivers on their toes without me getting involved Smile
