tribunal update

other halfs company have just given their side of the argument stating why a tribunal should not be considered. The accusation has totally changed again and about 90% doesnt tally with the paperwork we have already got from the company. They have even stated that his employment is continuous!!!!!

We have been given the name of a good solicitor up here who will help us on a no win no fee. This is getting all rather silly now. and stretched out.

Im still waiting to hear what the response is from the two companys I am involved with

I think they have mistaken his speech problem as a brain thing and assumed hes thick. Would certainly explain why his new boss was such a shit to him.
