the only thing that i have changed is the exhaust, which is a jolly moto. but i dont think that should make much diffrence because my inlet is stil resricted. have you checked your CDI? or maybe your front cog? im not completly sure on the restrictors on an nsr. Confused

Think the inlet restriction would not make that much difference ont he NSR compared to the exhaust one.

Why have you left the inlet restriction in (easy to remove and difficult to check) while putting a peformance exhaust on (obviously not learner legal).

All the best

I did my exhaust one first, then a few weeks later had the bravery of doing the intake. At the time I was scared of not being able to put it back together but it's a lot simpler than it first seems.
Removing the exhaust restrictor makes the biggest and it's great to have a nearly fully working powerband.
Then doing the intake was another nice little boost.
Think my bike used to do an easy 75 when restricted and 110-115 when the exhaust and intake had been done. I saw no need to change the rear sprocket to a standard size one.
www.nsr125.com is your friend! Thumbs Up
Ahh, how I've grown since then. Laughing
