may sound a bit odd

but some dirty little rat keyed the back seat on my SR50 and the rip just gets bigger every day, anyone know a place that recovers seats, i know they exist i just dont know where

preferably in the hertfordshire area

Er..ditto for the staffs area.
As you can see from the pics og my bike the seats knackered.

Have a look through a copy of Trials & Motocross News, I saw a coupla places in there when I was looking to sort out my KLR's seat... never got it done cos I killed the engine Sad. I reckon they should be able to do a seat from any type of bike.
I think they didi it mail order... you sent your seat to them and they sorted it then returned it.

I went Ross Vernon last weekend, and they can get seats reshaped. Presumably if they have an upholsterer who can reshape the seat they can also recover it

err i know this is gonna sound weird but.
have you tried a horse saddler ?
i ride horses and was chatting to a saddler on the farm and he told me that
he does a lot of motorbike seats aswell for believe it or not Carnells.
he rekoned the technique was pretty much similar exept using plastics instead of leather.
its an idea anyway if you get stuck.
