MTB stuff, Ipods and Insanity workout DVD

I know there's a few mountain bikers on here so someone might be interested.

On One Carbon 456 frame 16" made with high modulus carbon fibre and weighing in at about 1500g and will take forks from anywhere between 100mm travel and 160mm. I built this up and never gave a second thought to the end weight and still got it in at around the 26.5lbs mark, i could be made up way lighter.

Frame has various marks and scratches from use but it is heli taped in key areas. Comes with an On One smoothie mixer headset and set up to take a 1 1/8th steerer. This size hasn't been available on their site for the past month and isn't due till October and their on sale for £399. i'm looking for £190 posted.

Shimano M575 disc brakes. The rear was working great when i took them of my bike but the front was spongy so needs some attention. I'd just put in new kevlar pads in these and it comes with a spare set of new pads too. Looking for £50 posted

Ipod mini 4 gig fully working got a small ding on the top corner. Be ideal for a kids first ipod as these are tough as old boots. £20 posted.

Ipod touch 4th gen 8 gig. usual marks and scratches on the back and has a small ding on the bezel. Just had a brand new screen fitted and comes with the stuff in the picture. £75 posted

Insanity workout dvds. There are loads of fakes of this banding about ebay, this is one i bought from argos and is the latest version comes with all the bits and bobs. Only used a couple of times. £75 posted
