Sounds like the clue is in the name... 'Moving Target'.

Sat and dissected their website for 5 minutes too. It's certainly at the novice end of the coding spectrum. Table based, feedback forms are 'outsourced' to those general "Make your own webforms" services, no real thought in the styling.
