Can anyone tell me what the main differences are between the nsr model before 1993 and the models after? Because I'm planning on buying a honda nsr 1993 (old model)

oh, and what is the difference between the alcast frame (gold coulored one on old nsr) and the alcast zeta frame (silver coloured one one the new nsr). Is it just anohter material, or is it totally different?

its true tho - same engine, gearbox, sprockets, electrics. the only difference is the number of headlights and the bodywork.

so buy the old one, you save a fair bit of cash.

Er.....the older faired NSR's also have 2 headlights.

The older ones (RK) are round and the newer (RR) are foxeye.

Both McJam and I had "old Style" NSRs, mine was a twin round headlight jobby, and in my opinion, the nicest looking. Razz
