Hoping someone can give me some help.

I have had a lexmoto gladiator 125 for the past 3 years and I am now looking for an upgrade, everything I have seen does not fit me well. I am 6 foot 4 and a little heavy!

I dont fancy a super sporty bike just something to sit up on and commute to work and also few weekend rides.

Any advice would be great.

Thanks in advice

Jonny

Plenty of decent bikes out there for that money.

Despite the advances they seem to be making I would still rather put my cash on a 15 year old ragged out Italian bike than a brand new Chinese bike, and a Japanese bike over either.

I'd fancy a TDR125 over a Varadero for more or less the same money, but then I like a small stroker, and it's you that has to rely on it day in day out. Edit: Should point out that both are out of your budget, making the point more in relation to what has been said before.

£500 on tests, £700 on a bigger bike that won't lose half its value the moment you turn the key.

'Borg is right, Not sure if a GPZ500 counts under the new licencing rules, but it's a much more appealing prospect than any 125, both from a riding and a financial point of view.

Or a KLE if you're really worried about height.
