To answer the questions, this years calendar is free as we have used BCF resources (such as map - he's the one that's done most of the hard work).

That is why it's only being distributed electronically! We were on tight timescales this year and thought we'd have a run at it ourselves.

If it goes down well this year, then we intend being more organised next year and get it done professionally, printing and distributing, etc. and then there will be a charge, but all that can get sorted at a later date!
