Problems?

Hi
I know my bikes in the garage at the moment but before it died i had 2 problems.

Problem 1: Wobbly bars. When i break hard the handle bars wobble and its not funny. Is it somethin to do with the brearings.

problem2: In the lower gears it seems hard to change down into first and get it into neutral. And when i clunk it into 2nd i go into neutral, i know this can happen but its been happenibg alot lately

So if anyone can hel it would be much appreatiated.

yeah problem 1 does sound like the wheel bearing i have had mine done they dnt cost that much i dnt think and worth doing.

problem 2 the only thing i could think of is the chain being loose. my normally clunks when its slack
