Right, Cliff has crashed. Woman pulled out infront of him without indicating. He went flying over the bonnet.
Bikes totally written off.
He's in alot of pain and thinks he might of ruptured a testicle. Shocked

Hasn't been to the hospital yet tho.

Sorry to hear about the crash Cliff! That happened to me about a year ago, Not nice at all.
I was lucky and walked away vitrually unharmed. Get to the hospital and just have a check. Just to make sure. I know of people who have crashed, and not gone to hospital and 3 days later they have collapsed and been rushed in to A&N.

If he is planning to claim for personal injury aswell as for the bike, he should really get checked out hospital so that all the necessary evidence exists if that part of the claim is contested.

Really should go to the hospital to get checked, regardless of if you're going to claim for PI or not it'd still be a sensible idea.

Get well soon, and get yourself checked out.

Apart from anything else a medical visit with something to report, will be good for your claim.

Make sure you put all the relavant stuff on the claim form, such as the fact she did not indicate, whether you were indicating, what if any lights you had on etc.........She didn't happen to admit it was her fault or that she didn't see you at the scene did she? if s, make sure its on the form.

Surely the police and an ambulance attended the scene? Why did they not take Cliff straight to A&E?

(it's a legal requirement for police to attend an RTA when someone has been injured).
