Hi hope you can help
just picked up a 125 for the missus, which I can jump start ok, but wont start off the ignition.
Checked the forum and seen diffrent suggestions.
First thing I tried was put the batter on trickle charge over night on my oxford maximiser. No error message and the readings seemed ok.
But tried starting and makes a funny noise, like a pop when tyring to start off ignition.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Please note that the bike has been sat idle in a garaga for 6-7 months.
But its a 2013 with less then 2000 miles.
So looks in good nick, I can jump start it but dont think my missus will be able to do that Smile
thank you for all your pointers.
paul

Workshop section.

Battery sounds hosed.

Is it wet cell or sealed? If wet cell, check the electrolyte level and refill if necessary.

It's probably hosed though.
