https://www.theguardian.com/artanddesign/2015/nov/30/pirelli-calendar-goes-with-more-jokes-and-less-steam-this-year

Annie Leibowitz has broke the Pirelli calendar.
Ok maybe this isn't a such big deal. It just sorta feels like modern culture has reached a new low though. Crying or Very sad

Anyone care? Agree/not?

I care. It was an iconic publication and now it's a watered down PC subservient pile of crap.

Another of my young adults memories ruined.

Quite frankly I was getting tired of it.

And due to modern day sensitivities one must tread carefully lest one offends.

You disgusting foot-walker!

Treading is a type of systematic oppression applied by those with more mass against those with less mass, via malicious use of gravitational forces and thus unearned privilege. The practice of treading leads to a non-consensual physical deformation of the victim, thus leading to total envelopment, ie penetration (for example a foot into a body of mud) and therefore is analogous to rape. The effects of treading are crippling and long-lasting, for example the physical indentations left on the lunar surface by cis-white-male astronauts treading behaviour will likely persist for millions of years. Treading directly leads to the rape of mother earth and the death of countless other beings. IT HAS TO STOP!!!!

Check your foot-privilege!

Oh I dunno.

I think there are plenty of guys who will ruin themselves knocking one out to that picture of Fran Lebowitz. She's been one of my all time grouchy-icon heroines since forever Cool

Funnily enough 'Michelin' is the first thought that popped into my head when I saw one of those photos.

And it will be Michelin next time.
