So now the blame has been apportioned 100% to the Police and the fans who crushed the other fans, have been completely exonerated from crushing the other fans because the police made them do it, how many no win no fee firms will be suing South Yorkshire Police?
As far as I understood it, the police opened the outer gate as fans were getting crushed there by other fans (some without tickets)rushing forward trying to force their way in as had happened at matches previously. This led to the death of 96 people inside the stadium, for which the police have been given 100% of the blame.
So, if the police had not opened the outside gate, the fans inside would still have been safe, but the fans outside being crushed against the outer gate, would have most likely suffered the same fate, for which the police would have been found to have been 100% to blame for NOT opening the gate and once again, after 27 years of campaigning, the Liverpool fans would have once again been completely exonerated.
Damned if you do, damned it you don't, but where there's 100% blame there's a claim. ____________________ TZR250 2MA road, TZR250 1KT road, TZR250 2MA race, TDR250, YZF-750R Boost colours.

All of that seems to work on the basis that it's not the people fault they're oafish-cave-dwelling-tribal-idiots. Apart from the police, who aren't allowed to be tribal. The latter I quite agree with - but I don't think that excuses the people there.
Would this have happened at Rugby game with that attendance?
A game of bowls?
It seems to be like the police being blamed for those died in a gang fight because they didn't react quick enough.
Yes, they could have saved lives; but the ones holding the knives could have also not stabbed people. |

So, when a human being enter a football stadium, they are no longer in any way responsible for their own health and safety, or that of the people around them?
If people had been better behaved, lives would not have been lost, but that's all the polices fault as they had sole responsibility for health and safety..... ____________________ Current bike - 2018 H2-SX, 2004 SV1000s, 2016 Aprilia RSV4 RF, 2017 Sherco SERF 300, 2003 Suzuki DRZ400 (stolen - AY53 JUU) |

The verdict seems to be that sportsball fans aren't in any way responsible for their own actions. Exactly like animals. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.

So why are people arrested at games, banned, have to hand over their passports for England games, drunk people are refused entry, etc?

As you can at football matches in Italy, Belgium, Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Denmark, Sweden and many more. ____________________ CBF125 (2013) -> CBR600F (2001) -> 'Ninja' 300 (2014) |
