Cager drives directly into stationary scooter

[goto10]

This is footage from my wife's car - a cager sits at a junction looking at the scooter for a full 14 seconds before pulling away and driving straight into him.

Poor sod.

Needs better footage to determine if female on the phone on pavement is fit or not (I have a lot of spare time apparently).

This was the most blind/retarded thing I had seen: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G_aRHauYDQ4 (cyclist gets knocked down in front of car who then tries to run him over)... until now. What hope's there for any of us

Incredible.

That's a pretty special kind of stupid.... Car driver needs a seeing eye dog riding in the passenger seat.

I'm gonna guess..... driver was looking right only, as soon as that was clear they looked immediately left and continued to look left as they pulled out. I wish Mr Scooter had been wearing head to toe Hi-Vis and been covered in super bright leds. It just would have been that bit more wtf.

Pretty good quality cam footage.
