i want a exhaust with high mount and plenty power from 7k and end 12k or more

i think that the best idea is

the price of the scr is higher but i dont know if it whil fit for me
i know that iam a lot specific sorry for that and thank you for your reading Very Happy

28mm intake manifold diameter is too large for the PHBG's 25mm stub, use the stock Derbi metal manifold with it's 23mm rubber sleeve & put the stock Airbox back on for miles better throttle response & better lean/rich jetting resistance at all altitudes, 35mm Airbox pipe can be heat stretched with hair dryer over a piece of 38-40mm round bar to fit the PHBG's 40mm adapter.

CR 85/KX 85/YZ 85 rev to around 11,500 rpm & use larger main bearings than the Derbi, 12k rpm on a Senda & it'll need rebuilding every week. Tecnigas Enox pipe offers more torque across the entire rpm range than the Leo Vince https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ASRoYGipy7A

hello there
i didnt get out the airbox,i just install a sport filter like this

Just make sure your covering the clutch lever ready to disengage drive to the rear wheel when it seizes up so whatever you've just overtaken doesn't slam into the back of the bike when or if the engine seizes up. You'll have to remove the oil injector pump drive gears from their shafts & premix @25:1 (4%) as the oil pump cannot operate reliably over 10,500 rpm. You'll also have to install a high flow type manual fuel tap & fuel line as the already unreliable stock auto vacuum tap cannot supply enough fuel flow to the carb over 10,000 rpm.

i have manual tap
really the oil pump cant inject over 10,500?one friend has one exhaust
that working very high but he is using the oil injector
so i should buy the gianneli?

Oil injector cannot churn out more than 40:1 even when the adjuster wheel is tie wrapped fully open. More rpm's need more oil. That's why 250cc mx bikes require 40:1 ratio & 500cc 50:1 whereas high revving 65 - 125's require 16:1 - 32:1. On the road where the throttle is held open for much longer periods before corners arrive - more oil is needed, you won't gain any performance from the Giannelli/Arrow as it is a "sport" pipe.

Here's my aprilia RX 80 with Derbi/Piaggio D50B0 engine running with Airsal 78.5cc sport dual ring kit & smaller Polini CP 15mm carb for a little more torque when off roading.

With the Enox 7,500 - 10,500 downpipe it overheated & seized 1x 50cc top end & 2x Airsal 70 top ends. So now the stock exhaust is on there painted black with universal expansion guard & muffler from the Tecnigas Enox welded on the rear.

Here's pics of the spotless Airsal 70 Cast iron sport i removed a few months back to upgrade to the 80 kit

Here's what 1 of the seized up Alloy 70 kit's looked like after using the high rpm pipe...

Here's the pump blanking plate...

& the nice blue smoke trail from 25:1 mixture, more smokey than usual since i were riding off road at low rpm's & i always run less clean burning mineral oil.

Even with a race orientated pipe the 21mm carb is too big' 19mm at the most & 17.5mm for the Leo Vince sport pipe. Dell'Orto's are an overpriced jetting nightmare Thumbs Down deosn't matter how much time/effort you waste with W7 needle/262AU Atomiser/needle clip position/pilot jet/main jet.

Replace the PHBG with either Polini CP 17.5 or CP 19 with 34mm Airbox tube adapter & start the jetting off slightly rich with 86 main jet & leave the needle clip on middle notch' with the 17.5 i got it down to 82 main jet with stock exhaust.

If you install an race exhaust over 11,000 rpm it'll be just as unreliable as any 4 stroke.

thank you so match for your helping and for your searches
i already sold the leovince and i am big hater for exhaust low mount
also you are right that if i put a exhaust for very high rpm i should have diferent set up

the thing that i want is a powerfull engine not for racing but for traveling etc

with the leovince i was good, one friend gave me to try the gianneli i and i liked it very much
should i buy a gianneli but i will not over rev after 10k
