Anyone fancy this?

Rockingham National Circuit with 100% Bikes on Sunday 10th April for £129.

Rockingham's one of the circuits I promised myself I would do this year - unusual as you circulate anti-clockwise, so loads of left handers. As it's a very new track it's supposed to have good facilities too Thumbs Up

Usual rules apply for me; not booking it until after Brands on the 5th to make sure myself and bike are in one piece etc!

I've pledged to leave at least 2 weeks in between trackdays this year (learnt my lesson last year), and am doing Silverstone on the 4th so no go.

Do want a crack at Rockingham sometime though.

There's one later on in the month, Sunday 24th, same deal if that's any better for people. That's a whole three weeks (well, nearly) Wink

Looks pretty wide to me! I think they do a fair amount of US Indy-style racing there so I would imagine it would be fairly wide.

EDIT: Although that's on the main oval circuit, not the national circuit. Hmmm... Thinking

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.

I thought rockingham was realy dodgy on a bike cus there is very little run off space in some areas.

The infield circuit is very good for runoff, seeing as it's a purpouse built track. It's just when they let the bikes onto parts of the oval circuit it becomes a problem, because of the big concrete wall for the indy cars. They put an air fence out in front of it to catch bikes, but it's still going to hurt like a good'un if you hit it at speed Confused
