Anybody ever been?
I'm gonna be visiting Hong Kong in November when the GP is on, you can fairly easily get a boat over to Macau.
I'm just wondering where the best place to spectate from is? all the tickets listed on the Macau website are grandstand tickets? I'm not overly bothered about having a seat. Can you just watch for free on the street or is there some kind of general admission ticket you can buy on the day?
Will probably go for the Saturday as that best fits in with my other plans, on the website it says Thur/Fri is practice and Sat/Sun is racing so hopefully will see some actual races even if it's not the main bike race. ____________________ Yamaha FZR400RR 3tj

It doesn't matter that much as the tickets for the grandstands are cheap compared to watching racing in the UK.
They list tickets for three different grandstands on the website but I'd rather just not be restricted to viewing from the same spot for the entire day, especially as I don't know where is good to watch from.
One grandstand is more expensive than the others so I'm guessing that will be the start/finish seats. Might just go for the cheapest seats as my mate is gonna be going as well and he doesn't have the slightest interest in racing. ____________________ Yamaha FZR400RR 3tj
