About £150-200 to get the bike restricted with an official kit.

Wouldnt bother trying to get a non restricted 33bhp compliant bike, just get a biggie and restrict it. Get the restriction kit second hand from the same model bike owner and chuck it on a dyno to get proof of its restriction(if your insurance company requires it)

You can get any bike listed on the FI International website restricted to 33bhp. You don't need to get a 125 restricted as they make less than 33bhp to start with unless you were getting some tuned one which wouldn't be a good road bike anyway. The kits cost £139.99 and whatever the garage then charge to fit it.

The Suzuki Gose 350 and Honda Bros 400 are both 33bhp as standard so don't need restricting.

A four stroke 125 is not restricted, they make a maximum of 14.6bhp full power.

Or bodge up some washers, as a mate of mine did with the assistance of a certain forum member, whom I won't name just so he doesn't get a crazy barrage of PMs.

Just find the dimensions, get some made, slot them in, stick the bike on a dyno, bingo Robert's your father's brother.

Cheap.
