Guys, not been riding for a couple of years, but decided it's been too long so picked up this 2014 Street R last weekend and quite liking it Smile Apart from the mirrors and the usual plastics it's pretty much standard, but will be adding an exhaust, tail tidy and probably a quickshifter before long.

Anyway couple of pic's:

Are the mirrors any good? The standard ones on my STR were pretty pants.

There ok, I had similar (not Triumph ones) on my previous Street and they work better when turned out. Not so good for filtering and my access where I store the bike is is quite narrow so keep them this way..But they are still better than the standard rubbish lol.

Nice bike, Thumbs Up I nearly bought one myself. Laughing Bar end mirrors must be better than the standard ones on those.
It was one of the things I hated the most about the demonstrator I took out for a thrashing.

I have mine in the same position for the same reason.
Even in this position, they're still better than the originals.

Also, I'm sure you'll look into the Quick Shifter options, but apparently the Triumph unit is ironically named. Pricey and slow.

Nice bike Street Triple.. I thought it was underpowered when I had a test ride a year or two ago.. But I wouldn't mind having one to be honest. I had rather positive experience with it.

Fitted SP Engineering End Can and Tail Tidy over the weekend, also removed the rear pegs and changed the number plate to an 8x6 which tidies up the rear end nicely...Even with the baffles in the exhaust is err very loud but does sound rather nice Smile
