I know everyone is going on about Trump being literally Hitler, the pussy-grabbing dead weasel wearing loudmouth with tiny hands... cosied up to Putin and tax evading like a cock.

Hillary though, is bribed to her eyeballs and seems to want to go full Wargames with Putin and the sub fleet...

I just stumbled on this video.

Has anyone seen some of these clips from Trumpy, 30 years back, saying he didn't want to be in office. Pointing out he hasn't taken a penny in contributions.

Video here

Whereas Clinton genuinely is a bit nuts...

A bit old, and a very rude point, but not very "presidential" either
Do you take money from... oooh my good stop shouting!

Just dark times whatever, I know, but people say Trump has no policies... it seems clear he does actually.[/url]

I actually want Trump to win as he's, in my eyes, the lesser of two evils.

It's a choice between deporting muslims or going to war against muslims.

On a slight tangent, season 20 of South Park is about the US elections and their take on it is pretty accurate. It's also about internet trolls photoshopping dicks into peoples mouths. Laughing

Your poll and the election have two things in common, they both need a third option. Yours because they're both as bad as each other and everyone fudged regardless and the election because the third option would win regardless, I'd imagine.

Been saying Trump is the next Hitler for an age, it's obvious. Memories fuzzy but I'm sure Trump said Hillary should be in prison. Watching how he was going about it was clear as anything that if he does get to power then he's going to pay those who went against him a visit and silence them, I'd imagine. The whole "I'm not accepting the result if I don't win" stands out also.

Who knows what's going on behind the scenes but I'd imagine both have a team digging into each other with dirty tactics. I'd imagine every time their in front of each other and a camera it's a well rehearsed script and act to out do the other. Dirty and shameful run for president regardless and I'd suspect will go down in history when it's all boiled over.

Wouldn't want to be anywhere near America at present.

Trump has been dressed up as a poor choice, and frankly he is, but he can't be bought and tends to stick to what he says (even if he doesn't really know what he's saying).

The same cannot be said of Clinton. She's the shining epitome of corrupt, slimy, shill politician, the kind normally reserved for movie plots.

So I want Trump to win because Middle Finger Hillary and I don't have to face the aftermath. Feel sorry for the yanks having to make the choice though. Both are absolutely terrible and to me it really does seem to mark the end of whatever 'democracy' was ever supposed to be in politics.

Well last week it was Trump's sexist rapist comments from however many decades ago.

Now Clinton is having that email scandal malarkey reinvestigated by the FBI because of 'new evidence'. How convenient.

Clinton is going to try to be better than the previous male presidents and in that effort won't hesitate to invade whatever country she'll choose. - Bad for the planet.

Trump is going to run the US of A to the ground, make 'merican people look stupid and I would not be surprised, if he resigned before the end of his term. - Bad for the US of A, amusing for the rest of this planet.

Trump has never fiollowed anything through that wasn't easy. He blanks the subject and moves on to the next big thing.

That's how his presidency will go. Big mouth, no action.

Hillary on the other hand, is prepared to stick to her guns to a very worrying degree.

So Trump for president. *Whoop!!! Holler!!!*

These are the worst two candidates. Great television viewing, though.

Jesus wept. Hillary or Trump????? It's like asking which raving loon we would like in charge of the world's largest army and nuclear arsenal. I'd vote for Hillary because she's so incompetent, she'd end up losing the codes (or emailing them to Putin) so wouldn't be able to start WW3. Trump is so insane he'd nuke Los Angeles because it sounds like a Mexican town.

Let's not forget the President of the USA has the power to declare war on any country he or she likes.

I think Trump will do better than the polls suggest, like the EU referendum they're underestimating the man on the street, who typically doesn't spend time taking part in online polls.

However Trump has alienated hispanics, blacks, women... that's a lot of votes. It would be funny if Clinton has to go after winning the presidency, because there's something incriminating in her latest dodgy emails.

I know, he just came right out and threatened them with the opportunity to work!

Both groups tend to vote for more government and more handouts, particularly 1st generation immigrants. Latin, African, MENA, Indian subcontinental and some East Asian immigrants also tend to have a high tolerance for (i.e. resignation to) corruption, which is why the Crooked Hillary gambit is a persuasion squib.

Really, there's nothing that a genuine small government, free enterprise candidate can do to appeal to those demographics.

Trump is the last hurrah of the centre. If Clinton II gets in, there will be an amnesty for illegals which will put another 20 to 50(!) million staunch Democrat voters on the books, and that's all she wrote for the American Dream.

M.C wrote:

Fortunately, Clinton II's strident carping and enabling of Bill's philandering puts women off as much as her constant reminders that she possesses a vagina attracts them. I think that one's about a wash.

Nope, it really comes down to the Patriarchy. White and yellow men will turn out and vote for jobs, or brown and black men will turn out and vote for welfare.

You're not wrong there, the race for president has turned into a war between dirty money grabbing capitalists (to be clear, in this instance, that's Hillary's lot) and the tin foil hat white supremacist nutjobs.

Back in 2013, the New York attorney general brought about the case relating to fraud and Trump Uni. Trump has claimed that Obama paid the AG to bring the case and, more recently, that the US born judge who overturned his appeal this year was predjudiced thanks to his South American heritage.
On the flip side to the whole Obama paying off the AG with $15K story it balances out nicely with the recent story of the Florida AG who is claimed to have not brought a similar case against Trump because she was paid off by Trump to the tune of $25K.
One thing we can probably all agree on is that you'd be hard pushed to find more unsuitable candidates for either party (although the Republicans managed to dig out a fair few nutjobs to choose from for the primaries).

Washington is so corrupt that the only thing that could possibly break their rule is a Trump dictatorship. The problem is that a good portion of the public that actually bothers to vote don't appreciate the implications of a presidential dictatorship and another sizeable portion don't appreciate that their attitudes towards money chasing are precisely the reason they've ended up with a government ruled by corporations.
