Nothing wrong with taking a test in bad conditions.

If anything it should make you more naturally cautious.I breezed mine in hail.

yeah i gather the examiners are less strict too in bad weather. i guess they think you must be serious rather than a weekend warrior

just remember that the examiner has to keep himself safe aswell as keep an eye on you! so you prob have a better chance in wet weather.
