Good luck with that. Contributory negligence is the most they can hope for.
To see where we're likely heading, New York prohibits leccy bikes completely, and is forever cracking down on them, with little effect. I can see London going much the same way. With no plates, fast enough to ignore foot plod, and with a no-pursuit policy, being (literally) caught is essentially a non-concern. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.
