A Couple of Years ago i Bought a Beko Fridge "Under Shelf Model " From Currys and Had it a Couple of weeks, Walked in from Work one Evening to a Burning Smell Searched all around the House until i Got to the Fridge and that is were the Smell was Coming From. I rang Currys and was Told you Need to Ring The Manufacture I Told Currys No i Bought from You it,s You,re Problem. Another Person took over the Call and Said i Had to ring the Service Engineer to Book an Appointment , Which i Called 2 weeks it was going to take Before he could be there , I said No thanks and Put the Phone down. I put the Fridge into the Van and drove down and wheeled the Fridge into the Store and told them i Wanted a New Fridge after a Load of Bull From them i said ok i will Stand outside and Advise your Customers NOT To shop at this Store Because they will not Replace this Fridge as it is Faulty and is a Fire Hazard. As i was going out the Door i was Called back and told Yes we will Replace the Fridge with a New one, It,s still going Strong.

My Mother in law had an issue with our local Currys back in the 1970s she also stood outside the shop and advised prospective customers she had an issue with faulty goods. She got a result as well
