It's ironic that as more secondhand K-series Honda and even F20C engines come up for sale from broken Civic's S2000's and Integra's etc the demand is higher for them, and they cost more as more people see them transplanted into other cars etc.

Its the same with Hayabusa engines. An engine costs a fortune to buy compared to much more off the radar bike engines. I understand that more kit car builders are using V-twin bike engines now for this reason, as they are far cheaper and less sought after.
