Mysterious problem with Gilera rcr 50. Please help!

Does sound like the same problem. My bike did a similar thing a while back but it didnt just bog down, it stopped. Like it misfired for a while then completely went, and that was the generator.

Have you replaced the ht lead, cap and plug? It could be one of those 3 breaking down? or even the coil!

All three have been replaced and if the coil is in the CDI then thats been replaced too...
