So yesterday I logged on using my laptop and back is almost unreadable. All other forums I use seem fine. Any ideas folks??.

Because you took a photo of a computer screen using your phone, then uploaded it to photobucket, then linked it to a website.

it's like its not loading properly for me, I've tried refresh page but every page is like that, using chrome or the new enternet explorer thingy, its fine on my phone.

Nope tried logging out and back in also tried normal mode and lite mode still the same .

Have you got adblock setup with an exception for BCF that isn't working?

Try viewing images individually, like this one and see if it works...

Happens on all my devices, Chrome book, laptop and ipad, from time to time, normally goes away after a while and I don't have ad block on!

Try Ctrl+F5; this requests an uncached version - but doesn't guarantee that further upstream caches (such as at your ISP) will be reloaded.

It's not getting cached content such as images and the CSS. It's the CSS missing that's making it look so bad. Ctrl-F5 should fix it unless you've got something set to stop them loading.

seen kaspersky av/web filtering cause similar issues blocking css before... might be worth checking too
