Ex-demo seems like a good call from a dealer. No chance of them screwing up the first registration, and they won't have to spin a pack of lies about its history and condition.
Check it over, test ride, monies, enjoy. I might even be tempted to just ride it home then go back in and ask if they want the money, rather than putting up with the usual "Yeah, yeah, we need a few days to shuffle some pointless papers around before you can have it," tosh. ____________________ Biking is 1/20th as dangerous as horse riding.

My Triumph is an ex demo. They started the warranty from when I bought it and gave it a full service before I picked it up even though it had only done just over 800 miles. It had already had the 600 mile service.
Down side is it has probably been ragged from day 1 (if you can rag a Trophy ) but some say that's the bes way to run in a bike.
If you get a good enough deal, I'd have no hesitation going for an ex demo. ____________________ Triumph Trophy Launch Edition |
