Hi All,

My mum struggles a bit with technical stuff and has cocked up her windows phone.

I hate that she has to keep paying for people to fix relatively simple stuff, that I could do in five minutes remotely.

Is there any way at all for me to control her phone somehow remotely?

Even if I could get a remote view without control over it I could at least guide her through things easier!

I've not tried it as version 12 wont run on my android tablet but I think version 12 of Teamviewer does mobile to mobile connections. Previous versions dont.

Edit: You could try TeamViewer QS. Never tried it myself bit is supposed to be mobile to mobile or desktop to mobile.
