That's the joy of it, the denialists need to get rid of Pence first, since he is the factual embodiment of the fantasy monster that they're projecting onto the God Emperor.

Gonna be an "Et tu Brute" gig. Trumple gets carted off to jail/padded cell/mortuary/flying saucer and Pence steps in. Both sides of the senate and congress will be so relieved they wont notice Pence remodeling 'murica into a neo-Victorian neo-fascist state complete with stove pipe hats as legally required headgear and urchins running amok through streets lined with brothels.

I didn't know May had written a manual, never mind sent it to those cunts.

That, pretty much.

Trump undoes some of Obama's diktats and gets the Federal government out of everyone's swimsuit area = SJWs screaming "Kill the fascist!", apparently completely without irony.

One day when robots and computers do practically everything that humans do as forms of employment then everyone will have to "sponge" of "the taxpayer" whoever that will be.

If we achieve that technological mecca, a huge purge I mean war to depopulate the planet will likely have occurred, or we will wipe ourselves out first.

It is a bit of a dichotomy with the system though. We all have jobs, make shit and buy shit. No one has jobs, machines make shit with nobody to buy shit so why make the shit.

You just know we will be heading towards communism Laughing

A life time of education and self-enrichment should be what we aspire to.

Everything else is distraction and fakery.

There is a teaching shortage in the UK. Roll up and get involved in the easy life Thumbs Up

The reality of many jobs is very different to the visceral and immature response of jealousy. As discussed in other threads, just because the CEO drives an Audi, doesn't mean his quality of life is better.

Also, as said, we live in a consumption based capitalist society. Most jobs do not add value to anything, and will be automated. We could be doing 3 day weeks easily, with a quarter of the jobs… but then no consumers.

You clearly need to understand more about basic economics, automation and governance to see this, I suppose.

But genuine question. If humanity was freed from having to work mundane jobs… what would you imagine they would choose to do? Hedonism is only fun as release, not as a vocation?

Voluntary work down the coal mine to feel real work?

I'm not sure how that follows. Your job can be done by Bending Unit Model 22, or it can't. You have one, or you don't. No employer wants to have all the fixed costs of a employee while only getting 3 days of productivity out of them.

Since only the highest educated, skilled and intelligent people will be dumb enough to still toil, the other half of the bell curve will choose to do what they do now: neck cheap cider then have their boyfriend-of-the-week hump another babby into them while Jeremy Kyle blares in the background.

What a curious question. The future is Idiocracy, not Star Trek.

Barry Hussain's attorney general - a women who was ultimately responsible for all law enforcement in the USA - calls for citizens to oppose Trump.

You mean at the ballot box, Loretta? Or in the courts?

Nope.

Band together, bleed and die.

Yes, those are her actual words. "Band together". "Bleed". "Die".

Did she... did she just call for the violent overthrow of the elected government?

If not, then what exactly does she mean?

We're supposed to believe the Russians interfered with Trump winning, whilst we're also supposed to believe that the US authorities weren't listening in on Trumps phone calls.

This is propaganda from their law enforcement agencies. Crazy stuff.

That'd be the same law enforcement agencies that threw Hillary under the bus in the week before the election, maybe the FBI want to rule the White house??? Confused
Don't forget that, according to the twitter-in-chief, it was GCHQ who carried out the surveillance working for the Obama administration or are you picking and choosing the correct 'facts' that Trump tweets? Make your mind up. Rolling Eyes

I don't recall either Trump or the FBI making such claims???

Back on topic, Trump would have far more respect from Americans if he quit making unsupported claims via his Twitter account. He seems to forget that he's the 'Commander-in-Chief' and not one of the 'tin foil hat' brigade.

He's meant to be the representative of the proles. He's representing their (historically justified) distrust of the TLAs pretty well. It's hardly tin foil hattery given their track record.

On the subject of him being tapped, allow me to synopsise:

Legacy Media: OMFG Trump = Commie, wiretaps confirm, impeach.
Trump: Wait, I was wiretapped? And it was leaked to you? Let's look into that.
Legacy Media: OMFG Trump = paranoid, deranged, impeach.

Well things have moved on a pace then!

The current "FAKE" news is:-

The orange 12 year old, stuck in a pensioners body has sacked the FBI cheif, who was investigating him, the same FBI chief who got the thumbs up when he was investigating HRC! Rolling Eyes

So you, of little faith, who said their was no chance of the, incumbent, imbecile facing impeachment, what say you now?

Looks like senior Republicans may be about to turn on the, fake tan, fanny.
Will they actually have the balls to oust the "FAKE" pres or is Uncle Sam going to knuckle down under its first Dictator?
